According to the paragraph fifty third Item 1 of article 21 of the Federal law "About Power Industry" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed criteria of determination of the consumers of electrical energy (capacity) who are not belonging to the population and the categories of consumers equated to it concerning which in the territories of the Far Eastern Federal District bringing the prices (rates) for electrical energy (capacity) to the basic levels of the prices (rates) for electrical energy (capacity) planned for the next period of regulation is performed.

2. Determine that executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates represent to Federal Antimonopoly Service of the data on useful leave (sale) of electrical energy (capacity) to the consumers of electrical energy (capacity) determined according to the criteria approved by this resolution, annually no later than October 1 (the 1st time - on December 3, 2021):

concerning the consumers determined according to Items 1 - 5 criteria approved by this resolution - during 2021 - 2027;

concerning the consumers specified in Items 6 and 7 of the criteria approved by this resolution - during 2021 - 2026;

concerning the consumers specified in Items 8 and 9 of the criteria approved by this resolution - during 2021 - 2024.
