Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of provision in 2018 of the state guarantee of the Russian Federation according to obligations of "Russian Export Credits Insurance Agency and Investments" joint-stock company approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2018 No. 759 "About the state guarantee of the Russian Federation according to obligations of "Russian Export Credits Insurance Agency and Investments" joint-stock company (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 28, Art. 4222; No. 50, Art. 7762).
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to prepare and send to "Russian Export Credits Insurance Agency and Investments" joint-stock company the drafts of the supplementary agreement to the agreement of December 27, 2018 No. 01-01-06/04-533 about provision of the state guarantee of the Russian Federation and change in the state guarantee of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2018 No. 13840083V providing entering into the called agreements and the state guarantee of the Russian Federation of the changes connected with entering of the changes approved by this resolution into Rules of provision in 2018 of the state guarantee of the Russian Federation according to obligations of "Russian Export Credits Insurance Agency and Investments" joint-stock company.
3. Determine that changes in the state guarantee of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2018 No. 13840083V becomes effective from the date of its signing.
4. For the purpose of entering into the state guarantee of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2018 No. 13840083V of the changes provided by the projects specified in Item 2 of this resolution:
