The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 228 with subsequent changes) after the paragraph of the sixteenth to add part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine with the new paragraph of the following content:

"complete property complexes of the companies of water and sewer economy".

With respect thereto the seventeenth and eighteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eighteenth and nineteenth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in one month from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine enforcement of the regulatory legal acts following from this Law, at the same time with entry into force of this Law.
