About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus by the vehicles leaving the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2015 No. 305 "About system of electronic queue of vehicles at check points" the following changes:

in Item 2:

from the interlinear note to subitem 2.1 of the word", on a grant basis" to exclude their placements;

in subitem 2.2:

state part one in the following edition:

"2.2. entrance of vehicles to check points from waiting areas is performed according to the procedure of priority, the installed system of electronic queue, and also with the right of entrance to the check point out of turn.";
