Regulations on procedure for financing of expenses of private institutions of education at the expense of means republican or local budgets

1. This Provision determines procedure for financing of expenses of the private institutions of education realizing educational programs of general secondary education which have the state accreditation on compliance to the declared type (further - private schools) and also the private institutions of education realizing educational programs of preschool education, vocational education at the level of preschool education, vocational education at the level of preschool education for persons with intellectual insufficiency (further - private kindergartens), at the expense of means republican and local budgets.

2. Financing of expenses can be performed:

private kindergartens - in the form of subsidies at the expense of the means provided in local budgets on preschool or general secondary education;

private schools, except for private schools based on which experimental activities in the field of education are performed, - in the form of subsidies at the expense of the means provided in local budgets on general secondary education;
