Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item 1 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2012 No. 8-Z "Ab vydavetskay to sprava", the paragraph of the twenty fifth item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545, the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 13.2.1 "State registration as the publisher, the manufacturer, the distributor of printing editions with inclusion of the corresponding data in the State register of publishers, manufacturers and distributors of printing editions and receipt of the certificate on state registration of the publisher, the manufacturer, distributor of printing editions" (are attached);
