About establishment for 2023 of amounts of the tariff quotas concerning the separate types of the goods coming from the Republic of Serbia and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to article 4 of the Agreement on the free trade area between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Republic Serbia, on the other hand, of October 25, 2019 (further - the Agreement), appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, articles 35 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish for 2023 amounts of the tariff quotas concerning the separate types of the goods coming from the Republic of Serbia and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) according to the Agreement (further respectively - the tariff quotas, goods), according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine that:

the rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 percent from customs value is applied to the goods imported within amounts of the tariff quotas specified in appendix No. 1 to this Decision in the presence of the license granted by authorized body of state member and in case of observance of the conditions of provision of free trade regime established by the Agreement;

the tariff quotas are applied to the goods specified in appendix No. 1 to this Decision, placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption;

in case of commodity importation in the quantity exceeding the amounts of the tariff quotas specified in appendix No. 1 to this Decision and (or) in case of non-compliance with the conditions of provision of free trade regime established by the Agreement rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union are applied.
