About determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of soy meal and about introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

According to part 2 of article 11 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" and for the purpose of ensuring food security of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that from April 1 to August 31, 2022 inclusive departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of soy meal (code 2304 00 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU) (further - soy meal) who is exported by road, railway and water transport is performed only from check points through frontier of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

2. Action of Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:

a) on the soy meal which is taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

b) on the soy meal which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;

c) on the soy meal which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international intergovernmental agreements;

d) on the soy meal which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation and also on the soy meal moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states;

e) on the soy meal which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation as supplies;
