About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize republican public institutions according to appendix to this Decree.

2. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 427 "About some questions of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Regulations on the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

"1) rights:

make to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers on enhancement of state policy in spheres of strategic planning, state statistical activities, carrying out institutional and social and economic reforms;

involve foreign experts and consultants in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
