For the purpose of stimulation and promotion of innovative projects, startups in the priority directions of development of economy, science and technology for achievement of social and economic development of regions of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the State program of development of intellectual property and innovations in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2026 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 20, 2022 No. 265, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for selection of the innovative initiatives developed in regions of the Kyrgyz Republic of the 40 areas - 40 initiatives project according to appendix 1.
2. Approve structure of the interdepartmental commission on selection of the innovative initiatives developed in regions of the Kyrgyz Republic of the 40 areas - 40 initiatives project according to appendix 2.
3. The interdepartmental commission to make selection of innovative initiatives according to the specified Provision.
4. To the ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
- provide in the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding year and the next years money on financing to 8 (eight) innovative initiatives, including startups developed in regions of the Kyrgyz Republic on the 40 areas - 40 initiatives project at the expense of means of the special account of the Ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- allocate money for realization of one selected innovative initiative in the amount up to 1000000 (one million) som, for realization of one startup - to 500000 (five hundred thousand) som, according to the budget legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
