Considering the offer of the Ministry of Culture and tourism of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve the minimum size of the fee and remuneration paid to authors, creative structure and contractors according to appendices 1, 2 and 3.

2. Approve "Rules of issue of royalties for creation of drama, musical, musical and drama and literary works by the order or for acquisition of right to the first mass execution of unpublished works of this kind" (Appendix No. 4).

3. To perform the expenses connected with execution of this resolution within the appropriate means provided in the government budget to the Azerbaijan Republic for the Ministry of Culture of the Azerbaijan Republic.

4. Consider invalid Items 1 and 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 22, 1998 No. 215 "About approval of the minimum sizes and Rules of payment of royalties for creation of literary works and art by request, for acquisition of right to their first mass execution or demonstration, the remuneration paid to creative structure and contractors for anniversary and governmental activities and also for concert programs of special purpose".

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
