ORDER OF THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEE OF THE HOMELAND SECURITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. Financial and material logistics of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of economy and finance of Service:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To inform employees, military personnel and employees of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
