Bring in Regulations on the Unified state automated register of persons who have the right to privileges approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 29, 2003 No. 117 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 5, of Art. 177; 2006, No. 8, Art. 439; 2017, No. 15, Art. 429; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1263; 2021, No. 1, the Art. 45, No. 37, the Art. 2203, No. 66, the Art. 4186), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Unified state automated register of persons who have the right to privileges

1. In Item 2:

The second words of "the registered residence" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "the declared (registered) place of residence (stay)";

2) in paragraphs three and the fourth the word "registered" shall be replaced with words "the declared (registered) place of residence (stay)".

2. In Item 5:

1) word in paragraph one "information and telecommunication means" shall be replaced with words "information and communication means", and the word "refused" - the word "refused";

2) to add Item after paragraph one with new paragraphs of the following content:
