About approval of changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

Based on article 8 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

This resolution shifts:

- Item II.5 (P) of appendix I to the Directive 1999/37/SE of Council of April 29, 1999 about registration documents for vehicles published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 138 of June 1, 1999 with the last changes made by the Directive 2014/46/EU of the European Parliament and Council of April 3, 2014;

- the Section 0 of appendix I to the Directive 2014/45/EU of the European Parliament and Council of April 3, 2014 about recurring inspections of serviceability of motor vehicles and their trail cars, and also about cancellation of the Directive 2009/40/EU (the text concerns the EEA) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 127 of April 29, 2014.

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
