About modification, and also recognition voided some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In recent years system work on increase in role of our country in the world community, to improvement of line items of the Republic of Uzbekistan in economic and political and legal international ratings and indexes, and also effective establishing activities of the ministries and departments in this direction is carried out.

At the same time the changing methodologies of the international ratings and indexes, and also results achieved on them cause need of updating of key performance indicators for priority international ratings and indexes and more address organization of work with them.

For the purpose of strengthening of line items of the republic in priority international ratings and indexes, further enhancement of activities and the personal liability of heads of state bodies and the organizations in work with ratings and indexes, consecutive continuation of reforms in this sphere:

1. Make changes to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:

introduction of index of the World Bank "Women, business and the law" in the list of the international ratings and indexes, priority for the Republic of Uzbekistan;

determination short-term and updating of long-term key performance indicators according to the international ratings and indexes, priority for the Republic of Uzbekistan;

attachment of separate structural indicators of the international ratings and indexes to responsible state bodies taking into account their methodologies.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 17, 2019 No. UP-5635 "About the State program on strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in "Year of active investments and social development":
