About establishment for 2023 of the tariff quotas concerning separate types of the agricultural goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and also amounts of the tariff quotas concerning these goods imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to articles 44 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendices No. 6 and 7 to the specified Agreement and the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish for 2023 concerning separate types of the agricultural goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, the tariff quotas and distribute amounts of the tariff quotas concerning these goods imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix (further - the tariff quotas).

2. Determine that the tariff quotas are applied to the agricultural goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS.

3. Provide to the Russian Federation distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas between the third countries in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and obligations of the Russian Federation within the World Trade Organization.

4. To state members of the Eurasian Economic Union:

perform distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity according to the legislation;

charge to authorized bodies of the executive authority to perform issue of import licenses of the goods specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
