In pursuance of the decision of the Crisis committee approved by the order of the Department of Energy of Ukraine of February 26, 2022 No. 87 "About introduction of the Crisis situation of level of emergency situation" and the minutes of Crisis committee of June 3, 2022 No. 1; according to the National plan of action approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of November 2, 2015 No. 687, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 23, 2015 for No. 1458/27903; according to part three of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market"; taking into account the letter of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of June 3, 2022 No. 4521/16/7-22, I ORDER:

1. To limited liability company "the Gas-supplying company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" to perform supply of natural gas to residential customers on the terms of the Standard agreement of supply of the natural gas to residential customers approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, of September 30, 2015 No. 2500, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 for No. 1386/27831, and the basic annual offer:

1) since May 01, 2022 - to residential customers who on acceptance date of this order are entered in the register of consumers of the supplier of "the last hope" on information platform of the operator of gas-transport system;
