Limiting (minimum and maximum) values of insurance rates on obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier for causing when transporting harm of life, to health, property of passengers (further - compulsory insurance) depending on mode of transport, type of transport and factors influencing risk degree are established in appendix 1 to this Instruction.

2. The maximum size of expenses on implementation of compulsory insurance and the amount of contributions to compensation fund are established in appendix 2 to this Instruction.

3. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
