1. Approve the Concept of the Portal of local public authority of the Republic of Moldova (e-APL) it (is applied).

2. Appoint public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" as the owner and the holder of the Portal of local public authority of the Republic of Moldova (e-APL).

3. Provide to public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" implementation and constant development of the Portal of local public authority of the Republic of Moldova (e-APL).
