About approval of some measures for the prevention and mitigation of impact of energy crisis in case of restriction of supply of natural gas and preparation for heating season of 2022-2023.
Based on Item (e) of part (1) article 4 of the Law No. 174/2017 on power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 364-370, 620), with subsequent changes, and considering existence of risk of restriction in heating season of 2022-2023 of supply of the Republic of Moldova with natural gas on the basis of the available delivery agreements, for the purpose of reliable providing with energy resources and utilities of national economy and the population the Government DECIDES:
1. Create Government commission on coordination of measures for the prevention and mitigation of impact of energy crisis in case of restriction of supply of natural gas and preparation for heating season of 2022-2023 and to approve its structure, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Approve the Plan of measures for the prevention and mitigation of impact of energy crisis in case of restriction of supply of natural gas and preparation for heating season of 2022-2023, according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the ministries, governing bodies and the companies mentioned in the Plan of measures:
1) to develop and approve internal plans for implementation of the necessary actions for implementation of measures provided in the specified Plan of measures;
To provide 2) to the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development till September 15, on October 15 and on November 15 information on accomplishment of the measures provided in appendix No. 2;
4. To the ministry of infrastructure and regional development to the 25th following the accounting period to provide to the Government information on implementation of the Plan of measures for the last month.
