"3.1. after completion of construction of complex, implementation of state registration of creation of objects of complex and emergence of the property right to them at Bremino group LLC the part of complex located on the parcel of land with cadastral number 223655100001000161 (which does not have restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights), including is gratuitously transferred to the possession of the Republic of Belarus and economic maintaining RUP "Beltamozhservice":
the isolated room (the isolated rooms) in the office building at least 1 thousand sq.m;
the isolated room in the building of the warehouse case at least 5 thousand sq.m;
the platform for placement at least 80 parking places for heavy-load motor transport.
Bremino group LLC provides functioning of the engineering and transport infrastructure necessary for operation of the transferred isolated rooms, platforms;";
