Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of structural divisions of the Ministry of Defence, the General Staff and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan when forming the state defense order and implementing public procurements for the benefit of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. "Body 20015" to provide the Ministries of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to republican public institution:
1) the direction of this order in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to requirements of Item 10 of Rules of maintaining the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Reference control bank of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2016 No. 439;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within five calendar days from the date of its placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
