1. 5) the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the scenario forecast of indicators of social and economic development of the republic no later than April 10 of the year preceding the planned period sends to the central authorized body on state planning the scenario forecast of indicators of monetary policy and the paying balance necessary for project development of the forecast of social and economic development;

The central authorized body on state planning based on information obtained from the central executive and other state bodies creates 6) and no later than April 15 of the year preceding the planned period submits for consideration of the Republican budget commission the draft of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the first stage;

The central authorized body on state planning after approval of the Republican budget commission sends 7) to Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget and within 3 (three) working days publishes in mass media the draft of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the first stage.

18. At the second stage refining of the forecast of indicators and updating of Sections of the draft of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out:

1) Funds according to structure of Sections, forms and the list of indicators of the document in forms according to appendix 3 to these rules, no later than July 10 of the year preceding the planned period represent to the central state body the specified forecast of indicators (including the explanatory note on receipts and expenses of funds for planning period);

2) the central executive and other state bodies according to structure of Sections, forms and the list of indicators of the document in forms according to appendix 3 to these rules, no later than July 15 of the year preceding the planned period represent to the central authorized body on state planning the specified forecast of indicators and information to Sections of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the central authorized body on state planning based on information obtained from the central executive and other state bodies no later than July 20 of the year preceding the planned period specifies the scenario forecast of indicators of social and economic development and sends it to authorized body on budgetary planning and National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the central authorized body on budgetary planning on the basis of the scenario forecast of indicators of social and economic development of the republic no later than July 28 of the year preceding the planned period sends to the central authorized body on state planning the specified scenario forecast of repayment of budget credits, sales proceeds of financial assets of the state;

5) the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the scenario forecast of indicators of social and economic development of the republic no later than July 28 of the year preceding the planned period sends to the central authorized body on state planning the specified scenario forecast of indicators of monetary policy and the paying balance necessary for development of the forecast of social and economic development;

6) the central authorized body on state planning based on information obtained from the central executive and other state bodies, and also official reporting data for the accounting period preceding the planned period, no later than August 1 of the year preceding the planned period creates the forecast of indicators of social and economic development at the second stage;

The central authorized body on state planning no later than August 15 of the year preceding the planned period creates 7) and submits for consideration of the Republican budget commission, sends to Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget the draft of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the second stage;

8) the draft of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after approval by the Republican budget commission within 3 (three) working days is submitted for consideration in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan along with entering by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan into Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is published in mass media.";

2. To provide to department of the macroeconomic analysis and forecasting of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
