1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About realization of the right of insured persons at choice of the accumulation pension fund or managing company" of May 25, 2015 No. 316 the following changes:

according to the procedure of the choice by insured persons of the accumulation pension fund or managing company, approved by the above-stated resolution:

"6. The application is submitted by insured person personally to regional body of Sotsfond for the residence or the place of stay, or through "Personal account of insured person" on the electronic portal of Sotsfond, or through the State portal of electronic services, at the same time identification of the applicant is performed by means of the Single system of identification of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In case of finding of insured person outside the Kyrgyz Republic the statement goes insured person to regional body of Sotsfond by means of services of mail service or moves through "Personal account of insured person" on the electronic portal of Sotsfond, or through the State portal of electronic services, at the same time identification of the applicant is performed by means of the Single system of identification of the Kyrgyz Republic.
