About establishment of withdrawal from national treatment

According to article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public procurements", and also for the purpose of protection of the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, developments of national economy DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. When implementing public procurements to establish withdrawal from national treatment of the goods coming from foreign states according to the list, according to appendix to this resolution (further – goods), except for the goods which are not made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Allow to participation in public procurements the goods made by the potential supplier who is in the register of domestic manufacturers of goods, works and services.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and is effective within two years.
