Full name of the state body providing service

The state body developing and realizing state policy in the field of registration of automotor-vehicles and trail cars to them, special technological machines, driver's structure (further - authorized body) and its subordinated organization, including territorial registration departments of subordinated organization (further - territorial registration department).

Authorized state body in the field of foreign affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Kyrgyz Republic - in case of the address of the applicants on loss and exchange of the car driver license who are outside the Kyrgyz Republic

Receivers of the state service

The citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who do not have restrictions to implementation of driver's activities can be allowed after the corresponding preparation to take examinations on receipt of the right to control of vehicles:

- motorcycles with the engine capacity which is not exceeding 125 cubic cm and the maximum capacity which is not exceeding 11 kW (light motorcycles) (subcategory of "A1") - to persons which reached sixteen-year age;

- motorcycles with the engine capacity exceeding 125 cubic cm and the maximum capacity exceeding 11 kW (category "A") - to persons which reached sixteen-year age;

- the motorized tricycles and ATVs (subcategory of "B1") - to persons which reached sixteen-year age;

- cars (except for the vehicles belonging to the category "A") which permitted maximum mass does not exceed 3500 kg having no more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat (category "B"), - to persons which reached seventeen-year age;

- cars (except for the vehicles belonging to the category "D") which permitted maximum mass exceeds 3500 kg, but does not exceed 7500 kg (subcategory of "C1"), - to persons which reached eighteen-year age;

- cars (except for the vehicles belonging to the category "D") which permitted maximum mass exceeds 7500 kg (category "C"), - to persons which reached eighteen-year age;

- the cars intended for transportation of passengers and having from eight to sixteen seats in addition to the driver's seat (subcategory of "D1"), - to the persons which reached twenty one years, having continuous driver's years of service at least four years;

- the cars intended for transportation of passengers and having more than sixteen seats in addition to the driver's seat (category "D"), - to the persons which reached twenty one years, having continuous driver's years of service at least four years;

- the cars of category "B" linked to trail car which permitted maximum mass exceeds 750 kg and exceeds the mass of the car without loading, and the cars of category "B" linked to trail car which permitted maximum mass exceeds 750 kg, and the general permitted maximum mass of such structure exceeds 3500 kg (category "VE"), - to the persons which reached eighteen-year age, having continuous driver's years of service at least two years;

- the cars of category "C" linked to trail car which permitted maximum mass exceeds 750 kg, but does not exceed the mass of the car without loading, and the general permitted maximum mass of such structure does not exceed 12000 kg (subcategory of "C1E"), - to the persons which reached twenty one years, having continuous driver's years of service at least three years;

- the cars of category "C" linked to trail car which permitted maximum mass exceeds 750 kg (category "SE"), - to the persons which reached twenty one years, having continuous driver's years of service at least three years;

- the cars of subcategory "D1" linked to trail car, not intended for transportation of passengers whose permitted maximum mass exceeds 750 kg, but does not exceed the mass of the car without loading, and the general permitted maximum mass of such structure does not exceed 12000 kg (subcategory of "DIE"), - to the persons which reached twenty one years, having continuous driver's years of service at least four years (for international carriages - at least five years);

- the cars of category "D" linked to trail car which permitted maximum mass exceeds 750 kg (category "DE"), - to the persons which reached twenty one years, having continuous driver's years of service at least four years (for international carriages - at least five years).

The control of trolleybus is allowed to persons which reached twenty one years.

The citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are or staying outside the Kyrgyz Republic can perform replacement of the car driver license in consular establishments and diplomatic representations of the Kyrgyz Republic

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the means levied for rendering consular services" of December 18, 2012 No. 839;

- The regulations on the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 1, 2021 No. 17;

- The regulations on Public institution "Unaa" under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 1, 2021 No. 17

The car driver license of national and/or international sample on the right of control of vehicles of the corresponding category
