1. Bring in the Regulations on payment terms of work of heads of the state organizations and the organizations from ownership ratios of the state in their property approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597, the following changes:
third parts one of subitem 6.2 of Item 6 after the word "growth" to add the paragraph with words "nominal added average monthly";
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. The bases for obligatory decrease (deprivation) in awards, bonuses and remunerations to the head are:
sales of products, goods (works, services) which are not conforming to requirements of standards;
not achievement of excess of gain in productivity of work over growth of the nominal added average monthly salary;
rejection of measures for respect for production, labor and performing discipline and to providing safe working conditions in the organization headed by it;
other bases.".
2. Suspend the paragraph of third Item 9 of the Regulations on payment terms of work of heads of the state organizations and organizations from ownership ratios of the state in their property before singular solution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
