1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

In paragraph four of subitem 1-2 of Item 12 of figure "50" to replace 1) with figures "100";

The resolution after Item 12-11 to add 2) with five new Items of the following content:

"12-12. The bank has no right to buy foreign currency at the request of the resident client (except physical person) who has means in the foreign currencies placed on the current and supplementary (deposit) accounts on the balance sheet account 2932 "Means in Calculations of Subjects of Managing" of group 293 "Means in calculations of subjects of managing" of the Section 29 "Accounts Payable and Transit Accounts on Transactions with Clients of Bank" of class 2 "Transactions with clients" of the Chart of accounts of the financial accounting of banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2017 No. 89 (with changes) (further - the balance sheet account 2932) as cash cover (covering) of the client according to guarantees/counterguarantees/reserve letters of credit in it and/or other banks.
