According to item 4 of article 54 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and within realization of Item 4.5.1 of the Strategic directions of development of Eurasian economic integration till 2025 approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 11, 2020 No. 12, of Item 4.5.1 of the actions plan on realization of Strategic directions of development of Eurasian economic integration till 2025 approved by the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 5, 2021 No. 4, and Item 25 of the actions plan ("road map") on elimination of withdrawals and restrictions in the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union for 2021 - 2022 approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 5, 2021 No. 106, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure by accreditation bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of mutual comparative estimates.

2. Ask the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to provide implementation of mutual comparative estimates by accreditation bodies since 2023.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
