1. Create the commission on use of the released means in case of acquisition of the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources.

2. Approve:

The regulations on the commission on use of the released means in case of acquisition of the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources (are applied).

3. Determine structure of the commission on use of the released means in case of acquisition of the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
