Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2016 No. 802 "About approval of Rules of establishment of quota for attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution between areas, the cities of republican value, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determination of the list of persons for who implementation of labor activity are not required permissions of local executive bodies to attraction of foreign labor power, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:
in appendix 2 to the specified resolution:
the list of persons for who implementation of labor activity are not required permissions of local executive bodies to attraction of foreign labor power:
add with Item of 21 following contents:
"21. Received the investor visa, except for family members, and also persons who are in dependence.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
