About services, the state services provided by the Agency

Based on part (4) article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and Item c) parts (2) articles XXI of the Law No. 173/2018 on modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 492) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by the Agency of the state services according to appendix No. 1;

2) the List of the services provided by the Agency of the state services and rates for them, according to appendix No. 2;

3) Categories of the preferential services provided by the Agency of the state services according to appendix No. 3;

4) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4;

5) the List of resolutions and orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to appendix No. 5.

2. Determine that the expenses connected with provision of services on a grant basis and on reduced rate become covered for the income account of the Agency of the state services received as a result of provision of services.

3. To provide to the agency of the state services step-by-step implementation of the List of the services provided by the Agency of the state services, and rates for them approved by this resolution, as follows:

1) information and electronic services - after 2 months from the date of publication of this resolution in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova;

2) services in the field of survey and documentation of transport drivers, delivery service - after 3 months from the date of publication of this resolution in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova;
