According to the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine", I order to Item 12 of the Procedure for functioning of system of detection of vulnerabilities and the response to cyberincidents and cyber attacks approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 23, 2020 No. 1295,:

1. Approve the Procedure for transfer of sets of the equipment of subsystem of collection of telemetry of information and communication systems (active sensors) of system of detection of vulnerabilities and response to cyberincidents and cyber attacks to subjects to cyberprotection which is applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of cyberprotection of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine concerning digital development, digital transformation and digitalization (CDTO).
