1. This Provision determines procedure for carrying out certification of the government civil servants (further – civil servants).
Action of this provision does not extend much carrying out certification of the civil servants holding the state civil positions (further – civil positions) included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, judges of courts of law, public prosecutor's workers, civil servants of customs authorities.
2. For carrying out certification the certifying commission which members affirm the decision, the order (order) of the head state органа* is created. The certifying commission can be permanent or be created for carrying out certification taking into account category of the civil servants who are subject to certification.
