RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

of September 9, 2022 No. 489

About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of increase in effective management of public finances, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Fonda of development of Customs Service of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 14, 2005 No. 226 the following change:

- in Regulations on Fonda of development of Customs Service of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

to declare paragraph two of Item 3 invalid.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Fonda of development and material security of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2021 No. 343 the following changes:

Item 3 to declare 1) invalid;

2) in Regulations on the Fund of development and material security of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Fund is created due to financing of account part of the republican budget consisting of assignments in the amount of twenty percent of the salary fund of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic and other receipts which are not contradicting the budget legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

For transfer of means in Fund by the Ministry in accordance with the established procedure opens the current account according to budgetary funds in the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

- state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Fund is used:
