1. Rename public organization "Management of the Line of Crediting" into public organization "Office of Management of Programs of the External Help".

2. Approve:

1) the Charter of Public institution "Office of management of programs of the external help", according to appendix No. 1;

2) changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.

3. To public organization "Office of Management of Programs of the External Help" within 2 months of the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and submit to the founder for approval structure and the extreme number of staff of public organization.
