About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather some questions of ensuring provision of services on mediation by system of free legal assistance

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. To the Ministry of Justice in four-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to approve the Procedure for maintaining the register of the mediators attracted by the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance and to establish the mechanism of their selection.

3. Determine that fee and expense recovery of intermediaries, from among the lawyers included in the Register of the lawyers who provide free secondary legal assistance involved with the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance to mediation provision of services for the purpose of ensuring realization of pilot project "The program of recovery for minors who are suspects of making of criminal offense" before entry into force of Items 2 and 3 of the changes approved by this resolution is performed based on the orders issued by the center for provision of free secondary legal assistance for carrying out mediation, and service provision acts and/or provision of the documents confirming rendering services according to Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for fee and expense recovery of the lawyers providing free secondary legal assistance the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2013 No. 130, in the edition operating on the date of issue of the order of the center for provision of free secondary legal assistance for carrying out mediation.
