About temporary procedure for import to the Russian Federation of pesticides and agrochemicals

Due to the unfriendly and contradicting international law actions of the United States of America and the foreign states and the international organizations which adjoined them directed to introduction of rationing arrangements concerning citizens of the Russian Federation and the Russian legal entities for the purpose of protection of national interests of the Russian Federation in the food sphere and according to the Federal Laws of December 30, 2006 No. 281-FZ "About special economic measures and enforcement powers", of December 28, 2010 No. 390-FZ "About safety" and of June 4, 2018 No. 127-FZ "About corrective actions (counteraction) on unfriendly actions of the United States of America and other foreign states" I decide:

1. Permit till July 1, 2023:

a) import to the Russian Federation of pesticides and agrochemicals through any check points through frontier of the Russian Federation;

b) implementation of federal state control (supervision) in the field of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals in case of their import to the Russian Federation in warehouses of temporary storage or in other places of temporary storage of the goods provided by part 1 of article 90 of the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation", according to the procedure, No. 109-FZ established according to part four of article 21.1 of the Federal Law of July 19, 1997 "About safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
