The candidate for posting having the work experience at least ten years in the directing state body which is positively characterized on service, honesty and professionally carrying out the obligations assigned to it which was affiliated from the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international organization for the term of more than two years earlier can be affiliated on condition of availability from it the positive characteristic.".
