to the receivers of benefits who reached eighty-year age;

to persons with disability of the first group;

to persons having the medical certificate that need foreign leaving and cannot visit for health reasons the organizations performing separate types of banking activities;

to persons living in the rural zone in the absence of departments (Items) of mail service.";

in appendix 4:

parts the fourteenth, fifteenth and sixteenth to exclude;

1, 1-1, 11, of 16, of 17, 18 and 19 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, 6 and 7 to this order.

2. To provide to department of the public assistance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sagindykova N. E.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
