Satylganov, the Kyrgyz national academic drama theater of Toktobolot Abdumomunov and the State national Russian drama theater of the Kyrgyz Republic of Chinghiz Aitmatov are established 20 percent above established in appendix 6 to this resolution;

2) coefficients of frequency rate of artistic personnel of the Osh national drama theater of S. Ibraimov and the Osh state Uzbek academic musical and drama theater of Babur are applied according to appendix 6 to republican value to this resolution.";
