About modification of the Regulations on licensing of educational activities

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of educational activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1490 "About licensing of educational activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, Art. 6067; 2021, No. 31, Art. 5930; No. 49, Art. 8310).

2. Modification of the register of licenses in connection with change of the name of the additional general education program specified in the subitem "an" of Item of 5 changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of educational activities approved by this resolution is performed by the licensing body within 3 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution and does not require submission by the licensee of the statement for modification of the register of licenses, evaluating compliance of the licensee to licensed requirements.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023 and is effective till September 1, 2026.
