Based on the paragraph of the third Item No. 264 "About restructuring of customs debt" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2022

1. Determine goods which producers are the legal entities created according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and having customs debt according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 4, 2022 and is effective till December 31, 2023.

Goods which producers are the legal entities created according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and having customs debt

1. Solid fuel, fuel briquettes and firewood for the population.

2. Fish fresh (family of cyprinid).

3. Fish fresh-frozen.

4. Canned food from fish.

5. Meat (beef and pork (including on bone), meat of hens (including broilers).

6. Offal meat food (except offal from bird).

7. Canned meat.

8. Boiled sausages.

9. Sausage half-smoked, cooked smoked.

10. The cow's milk pasteurized and kefir from cow's milk, sour cream, cottage cheese.

11. Cheese (firm, semisolid).
