In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 1999 I ORDER to N2145 "About the Procedure for Carrying Out on Competitive Basis of Assessment and Selection of the Investment Projects Providing Attraction of Financial Resources of the Government Budget":

1. Approve Regulations on assessment and competitive selection by the Ministry of agrarian policy of the investment projects offered by business entities providing attraction of financial resources of the government budget it (is applied).
