About approval of Rules of safety of military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of safety of military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to head department of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of December 25, 2020 No. 738 "About approval of Rules of safety of military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21952).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence – the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
