About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state regulation of ensuring fertility of lands of agricultural purpose"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state regulation of ensuring fertility of lands of agricultural purpose" of July 15, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 7, Art. 463; 2007, No. 7, Art. 689; 2014, X" 7 h 2, Art. 416; 2016, No. 7, Art. 622) following changes and amendments:

1. In the name of Chapter 2 of the word "Competence of Executive Bodies of the Government" shall be replaced with words "State regulation".

2. To state paragraph two of Article 3 in the following edition:

"-approval of the state strategy and programs for ensuring fertility of lands agricultural purpose;".

3. Add Article 4 with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"-preparation of scientific recommendations and methodical instructions for the prevention and elimination of negative effects of decrease in fertility of lands;".

4. Article 4 (to add 1) with the paragraph third the following content:

"-provision to land users of recommendations about improvement of condition and fertility of lands of agricultural purpose;".

"-set up research cooperation for the purpose of improvement of condition and fertility of lands of agricultural purpose;
