1. Bring in the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 2, 2020 No. 212 "About approval of form, Rules and terms of submission of data by notaries according to transactions and agreements, and also under the granted certificates on the right to inheritance of physical persons" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20208) the following changes:

5) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) about other agreements on cession of property which are not subject to state or other registration including on contracts of assignment of right to claim.";

Transfer of Data by notaries is performed from the Single notarial information system "E-notariate" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – ENIS) in the information system "The Integrated Database" of Committee (further – IBD) in the automated procedure in the form approved according to appendix to this order.
