1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 8, 2021 No. 190 "About work with documents in electronic form in the public archive institutions" the following changes:
in the name of the word "archive organizations" to replace with the word "archives";
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on part seven of Article 18-1 and part two of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 No. 323-Z "About archiving and clerical work", the paragraph of the eleventh subitem 6.30 of Item 6, parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Rules of work with documents in electronic form in the Public Records Offices (are applied).";

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 27, 2022.
