Based on part seven of Article 18-1 and part two of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 No. 323-Z "About archiving and clerical work", subitem 7.98 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2024 No. 545, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Rules of work with documents in electronic form in the Public Records Offices (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
