Questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

Based on paragraphs of the third or fifth of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

The regulations on Department on archives and clerical work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

2. Determine the list of the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
